Chicken Ferninand

  1. Prepare crabmeat filling as follows:
  2. In a food processor, chop green pepper, onion and bread.
  3. Toss with crabmeats in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, lemon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well and roll mixture into 4 equal balls.
  6. Set aside.
