Grilled Four Cheese Cibatta
- 1 1/2 cups shredded 4 cheese mixture, pre-packaged
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon grated Italian cheese1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 loaf good Italian Cibatta bread
- Heavy duty tin foil
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients except bread.
- Slice bread into 3/4" slices cut on an angle; do not cut through the loaf completely. You must leave the slices attached to the loaf.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly between bread slices. Wrap bread in tin foil sealing tops and sides.
- Place on grill but not directly over the fire. Grill for approximately 15-20 minutes turning over after about 10 minutes.
