Andrew'S Keto Key Lime Pie Wip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. For crust, combine almond flour, 1/3 cup Splenda, and salt in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add egg and melted butter to flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Knead for about 30 seconds
  5. Move crust mixture to pie pan and use hands to form the mixture into shape of crust.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown, then remove from oven.
  7. For filling, add all remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
  8. Add mixture to pie crust and bake for about 45 minutes until mixture is slightly wobbly in center.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool. When cool enough, place in refrigerator to chill for at least two hours. Serve chilled with whipped cream.
