Chocolate-Banana-Pecan Cream Pie
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. sifted powdered sugar
- Beat 1/4 cup butter and 1 package cream cheese at medium speed with an
- electric mixer until creamy; gradually add 1 1/2 cups powdered
- sugar
- alternately
- with 1/4 cup whipping cream, beginning and
- ending
- with
- powdered
- sugar.
- Stir in vanilla. Set filling aside.
