Taco Pie
- 4 oz. can green chilies (optional)
- 1 1/4 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 1 c. refried beans
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Fritos
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Spread crescent rolls over bottom of 10-inch pie pan to form crust. Cook ground sirloin. Add taco seasoning, salsa, water and green chilies; simmer. Spread refried beans over bottom of pie. Sprinkle 1 cup Fritos over beans. Spread meat mixture over chips. Spread 8 ounces sour cream over meat. Cover with cheeses and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Fritos on top. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
