Chicken In White Wine

  1. Wash and cut chicken in small pieces.
  2. Put in a bowl and put 1/3 cup soy sauce, pressed garlic and pepper.
  3. Shred onion and put in pan with heated oil, on medium high. When onion change color put chicken and cook stirring until lightly brown. Add tomatoes, wine, parsley and chives. Turn heat down and let it cook for 15/20 minutes.
  4. Optional: add heavy cream.
