Oysters Au Gratin

  1. Pat oysters dry.
  2. In a large skillet, cook and stir oysters, butter and garlic 3 to 4 minutes until oysters edges curl; drain. Stir in flour. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in wine, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over oysters.
  3. Mix crumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle over sauce.
  5. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven for 10 minutes until crumbs brown.
  6. Serves 4.
