Leah'S Southwest Salmon Caesar
- 1 jar of T. Marzetti's Southwestern Caesar Dressing
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of corn
- Salmon Fillets
- Papricka (or any of your favorite spices)
- Honey (optional)
- Romain lettuce/spinach
- Preheat oven 250 degrees
- Place THAWED Salmon on cookie sheet/shallow pan
- Drizzle honey on top (optional)
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Broil for another 5 minutes (optional, but it gives the 'grilled' taste)
- Each serving gets a bowl/plate of romaine/spinach. Place salmon on top, sprinkle with paprika (or your favorite spice). Dish out some black beans and corn on salad. I like to decorate mine with cherry or grape tomatoes too J Finish off with drizzling the southwestern Caesar dressing on top or serve on the side.
