Leah'S Southwest Salmon Caesar

  1. Preheat oven 250 degrees
  2. Place THAWED Salmon on cookie sheet/shallow pan
  3. Drizzle honey on top (optional)
  4. Bake for 20 minutes
  5. Broil for another 5 minutes (optional, but it gives the 'grilled' taste)
  6. Each serving gets a bowl/plate of romaine/spinach. Place salmon on top, sprinkle with paprika (or your favorite spice). Dish out some black beans and corn on salad. I like to decorate mine with cherry or grape tomatoes too J Finish off with drizzling the southwestern Caesar dressing on top or serve on the side.
