Choco-Dot Pumpkin Cake

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
  3. Add pumpkin, oil and bran flakes.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing only until combined.
  6. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate morsels and nuts.
  7. Spread evenly in a 10 x 4-inch ungreased tube pan.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  9. Cool completely before removing from pan.
  10. Drizzle with a confectioners sugar glaze, if desired.
