Megan'S Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment or aluminum foil
  2. Combine grains, seeds and nuts into a large bowl. Stir salt, sugar, syrup, honey, oil, cinnamon and vinilla in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, then pour over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly to coat. Spread the mixture out onto the baking sheets
  3. Bake in preheated oven until crispy and toasted, about 20 minutes. Stir once or twice. Cool, then stir in the dried fruit before storing in an airtight container.
