Hamburger Casserole

  1. Freezing Day
  2. 1- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, onion, and green peppers 7-10 minutes until ground beef is fully cooked. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Add eggs and mix well. Remove from heat.
  3. 2 - Prepare a 9" x 13" casserole dish for freezing or use an aluminum pan.
  4. 3- Layer the bottom of the casserole dish with 2 cups of corn. Add half the meat mixture on top of the corn, followed by a layer of sliced tomatoes. Repeat the layers.
  5. 4- Wrap well and freeze.
  6. Reheating Day
  7. 1- Defrost casserole in the refrigerator overnight. Top with crushed cornflakes, and pour melted butter over the top of the cornflakes.
  8. 2- Bate at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
