Satay Sauce

  1. HEAT THE CORN OIL AND SESAME OIL IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN. aDD TEH ONION GINGER AND GARLIC AND SAUTE OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SOFTENED. aDD THE VINEGER AND SUGER AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
  2. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH, OR COMBINE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR.
