Veggie Burger
- Hummus 3/4 cup or 200g
- soft fresh breadcrumbs 1 cup (sourdough)
- tahini paste 2T
- ground cumin 1/2t
- spring onion (3) - white part only
- small red chilli
- 1 garlic clove
- 2T chopped coriander
- lemon or lime juice 1T
- 2 cans 400g chick peas
- olive oil to fry
- 1T sesame seeds
- 1-2T dried breadcrumbs
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1.5T extra virgin oil
- finely chopped coriander
- toastd pita bread to serve
- Process
- Hummus
- soft fresh breadcrumbs 1 cup (sourdough)

- ground cumin
- spring onion

- 1 can 400g chick peas
- 1t salt
- Transfer to bowel, and hand mix in remaining chick peas
- Shape into 8 patties and lightly coat with sesame seeds and dried breadcrumbs
- Shallow fry in olive oil
