Veggie Burger

  1. Process
  2. Hummus
  3. soft fresh breadcrumbs 1 cup (sourdough)
  4. tahini paste
  5. ground cumin
  6. spring onion
  7. small red chilli
  8. garlic clove
  9. chopped coriander
  10. lemon or lime juice
  11. 1 can 400g chick peas
  12. 1t salt
  13. Transfer to bowel, and hand mix in remaining chick peas
  14. Shape into 8 patties and lightly coat with sesame seeds and dried breadcrumbs
  15. Shallow fry in olive oil
