Pork Loin With Sweet Potatoes In Crock Pot

  1. Use dry Pork Rub seasoning that you've mixed in the 5 spice seasoning and rub all over the roast.
  2. Pare the sweet potatoes and cut in bite sized pieces.
  3. Place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  4. Add brown sugar and butter.
  5. Place roast on top and salt and pepper all over.
  6. Do not add any water.
  7. Cook on low for approximately 7 to 7 1/2 hours until roast is fork tender.
  8. SPECIAL NOTES:
  9. Serve with a green vegetable or salad and dinner rolls.
  10. If pork doesn't seem quite done after 7 and 1/2 hours, turn cooker on high for about 30 min longer.
