Ramen Noodle Salad
- 2 pkgs. Ramen Noodle (Beef)- Broken and uncooked
- 1 pkg. 16 oz. pre-cut pre-bagged coleslaw
- 1 bunch of greeen onions (scallions)-chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (roasted and salted)
- 1 cup slivered almonds (pkg)
- 2 pkg. beef flavor packets from Ramen
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of cider vinegar
- Layer the following in order:
- Ramen Noodles
- Coleslaw
- Scallions
- Sunflower seeds
- Slivered almonds
- In a separate small bowl mix:
- Beef packets
- Vegetable oil
- Sugar
- Cider vinegar
- Stir together to create a dressing and pour over layered ingredients. Cover and refridgerate for 24 hours. Toss well before serving.
