Scalloped Potatoes And Hot Dogs

  1. Place potatoes, onion and enough water to cover in a large saucepan; cook until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in another saucepan.
  3. Add flour; stir until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add milk and cheese, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is thickened.
  6. Add hot dogs and heat through.
  7. Drain potatoes and onion; place in a baking dish.
  8. Add sauce and mix to distribute hot dogs.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. (I usually can make 2 casseroles out of this, one to eat and one to freeze.
  11. My kids love this.)
