Almond Buckwheat Everything Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Melt butter in pan. Stir in Sucanat or brown sugar over low heat until dissolved completely.Set pan on counter to cool for ten minutes then beat in 2 beaten eggs, and the extracts. Sift the flour into a small bowl containing the buckwheat flour, add salt,baking powder and then sift mixture into medium bowl.
  2. Stir in all fruits, nuts and chocolate. If using optional ingredients stir in now. Pour into tw0 8 x 8 inch square pans and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Cut into 24 small bars when cool (12 in each pan). Good served warm or even frozen. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
