Rice Vegetable Salad

  1. cook rice and combine with dressing.
  2. then add veggies and refrigerate.
  3. can easily be made ahead of time.
  4. double dressing and use what is necessary to work best with the salad.

rice, sweet red pepper, purple onion, green pepper, scallions, shallots, frozen peas, currantsraisins, black olives, italian parsley, fresh dill, dressing, mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, combine ingredients
