Summer'S Best Pasta Salad
- 1 12-oz. package Vermecilli spaghetti
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 4-oz. jar sliced pimentoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse spaghetti and marinate in first four ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
