Seafood Salad

  1. Combine wine, clam juice, thyme and water; bring to a boil. Add scallops to boiling liquid; cook until scallops are firm. Drain scallops and cool.
  2. When scallops have cooled, mix with shrimp and crabmeat.
  3. Add peppers, onion, cilantro, dill, juice of 2 lemons and vinaigrette.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve cold.
  7. Serves 6 to 8 people.
