Chicken-Spinach-Mushroom Quiche

  1. Place pie shell in Pyrex pie plate.
  2. Beat one egg and brush bottom of pie shell.
  3. Cook spinach as directed.
  4. Drain.
  5. Beat other 4 eggs; add milk, salt, Tabasco sauce, mushrooms, drained spinach, onions, celery and bell pepper.
  6. Toss together chicken, cheese and flour.
  7. Stir into egg mixture.
  8. Pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 400u0b0 oven on a cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes or until center puffs up slightly, or a knife inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes!!!!
