Tsfl Shrimp Pizza
- 4-5 shrimp
- 1/4c cabbage
- 2 Tbsp avocado
- 1Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 radish sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp minced cilantro
- Squeeze of lime or lemon
- Shake of garlic salt
- Pizza Bread recipe:
- 1 package Medifast Tomato Bisque Soup
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder (1/2 Condiment)
- 2 tbsp Water
- Poach shrimp in Old Bay seasoning. Shred cabbage.
- Mash avocado and yogurt together, add lemon juice, garlic salt chopped radish, and minced cilantro together for slaw.
- Bake tomato soup into tostada shell. See Sandy's Kitchen for Pizza Bread or Bread from Tomato Soup recipe ( it's super easy to make)
- (For the Pizza Bread recipe: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with pam or use parchment paper. Combine soup, baking powder, seasonings and water. Spread the batter on prepared cookie sheet and form a circle. I wet my hands and used them to spread the batter because the batter kept sticking to my spoon. Bake for 5 minutes and then flip using a spatula. If you would like to add cheese, do it now after flipping. Stick the bread back in the oven for 5 more minutes. If using laughing cow cheese, spread it on when the bread is done baking. Enjoy!)
- After you flip the bread the second time add the shrimp and top with cheese for the last 5 minutes it bakes. When done take
- Out and top with slaw and a dash of green chili hot sauce of your liking .
- I got fancy for the picture and styled it out with shrimp on top and a lemon wedge.
