Mini- Quiches

  1. Grease 2 dozen tiny muffin cups. Separate each roll in half, press into muffin cups to make shell. Place crumbled bacon into each shell, then grated cheese. Mix egg, cream, onion; top each shell with a tablespoon of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
  2. Makes 24 quiches.
