Mini- Quiches
- 1 pkg. (of 12) butterflake rolls
- 8-10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- Grease 2 dozen tiny muffin cups. Separate each roll in half, press into muffin cups to make shell. Place crumbled bacon into each shell, then grated cheese. Mix egg, cream, onion; top each shell with a tablespoon of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
- Makes 24 quiches.
