Yummy Pepper Steak With Rice

  3. rice cooks, pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into

  5. Sprinkle meat with paprika.trown meat in butter; add garlic.
  6. Pour 2 cups broth over meat; add onions. Cover and let cook until meat is tender.
  7. Cut green peppers in strips.
  8. Cut 2
  9. large tomatoes in eighths.
  10. Add cornstarch to 1/4
  11. cup
  12. and 1/4
  13. cup

  15. soy sauce.
  16. Dissolve and put into skillet to thicken.
  17. Add pepper and tomato pieces.
  18. Cook until pepper is tender (not
  19. falling apart).
  20. Spread over platter of rice. Garnish with chopped
  21. ground onion bits.
  22. Serve immediately.
