Pamper'D Pumpkin Pie

  1. Clean your Pamper'd Pie Pumpkin (remove the stem and seeds).
  2. Cut pumpkin in to squares.
  3. Put into a large baking dishand cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minuted or until tender.
  5. Scoop out flesh from skin and puree until smooth.
  6. If there is excess liquid, let stand for 30 min and drain with a cheese cloth.
  7. Blend sugars, pumpkin and spices until smooth.
  8. Add three eggs, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water.
  9. Blend just until mixed.
  10. (Note: Eggs and milk must go in after the pumpkin. Don't over mix the eggs and milk)
  11. Pour filling into pie crust 2/3 full.
  12. Transfer to oven and bake at 375u0b0 for one hour (or until set and crust is cooked)
