Truro Clam Pizza

  1. Turn grill on high
  2. Roll out dough as thin as possible - I try to make two pizzas at a time - each half the size of my grill
  3. Coat board with thin layer of corn meal and lay dough on board
  4. Clean grill and coat w/EVOO
  5. Place dough on grill - turn grill down if dough bubbles quickly
  6. Grill on this side until bottom of dough is browning then remove onto board coated w/corn meal - cooked side up
  7. Add pizza toppings in order - sauce, basil leaves, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella & parmesan (optional)
  8. Oil grill again and place pizza back on.
  9. Cook until new bottom is brown.
  10. Serve immediately
