Acapulco Casserole

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet until brown, then drain off excess fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
  3. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
  4. Place 1 tortilla in a round, 2-quart casserole.
  5. Top with 1 cup beef mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until all tortillas are used.
  7. Pour remaining beef mixture on top.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
