Salmon Loaf With Green Pea Sauce

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of margarine. Add onion and celery and cook until soft, 5 minutes.
  2. Blend 1 tablespoon of flour; add milk and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in salmon, bread crumbs, egg white, 1 teaspoon dill, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  5. Turn all in a greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes.
