Italian Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil olive
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 tin mushrooms (juice & all)
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 large tin of tomatoes
- 1 small tin pimentos, chopped
- 2 tablespooons vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch cayanne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- brown the ground beef in olive oil, add the onion and celery and cook until transparent. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
