Greek Sliders

  1. At home before the game:
  2. Mix ground chuck, garlic, oregano, feta cheese, calamata olives, salt and pepper. Divide and shape into 8 small patties. Wrap in plastic and pack in cooler.
  3. Mix in 2 cup size plastic container sour cream, cucumber, garlic, salt, mint, dill and stir. Pack in cooler.
  4. Once at game, light charcoal grill. When hot, grill burgers 3 mins each side. Place cooked burger on mini roll and spoon tzaziki sauce on top.
