Black Bean Wraps

  1. Beat cream cheese, cheese, sour cream and salt at medium speed with an electric mixer until thoroughly blended.
  2. Set cheese mixture aside.
  3. Process beans and salsa in a food processor until smooth. Spread bean mixture evenly over tortillas; top each evenly with cheese mixture, spinach, peppers and olives.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly (can wrap in plastic and chill if desired).
  5. Heat in oven at 350u0b0 until warm.
