Jamie Eason Pumpkin Protein Bars

  1. 1.treheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.tix flour, whey protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
  3. 3.tix egg whites, Splenda, Truvia, or Ideal, baby food carrots and water (optional) in a bowl.
  4. 4.tdd wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
  5. 5.tpray glass pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.
  6. 6.tour ingredients into dish.
  7. 7.take 20-30 minutes.
  8. Makes 16 squares, 2 squares per serving.
