Jamie Eason Pumpkin Protein Bars
- t cup oat flour
- t scoops vanilla whey protein
- t tsp cinnamon
- t/2 tsp baking soda
- t/4 tsp salt
- t/8 tsp allspice
- t/8 tsp nutmeg
- t egg whites
- t/4 cup Splenda,
- t oz baby food carrots
- t oz water
- 1.treheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.tix flour, whey protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
- 3.tix egg whites, Splenda, Truvia, or Ideal, baby food carrots and water (optional) in a bowl.
- 4.tdd wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
- 5.tpray glass pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.
- 6.tour ingredients into dish.
- 7.take 20-30 minutes.
- Makes 16 squares, 2 squares per serving.
