Linguine With Meat Sauce Casserole

  1. Cook beef & garlic in a dutch oven coated with cooking spray, stirring till beef crumbles & is no longer pink.
  2. Drain beef mixture, pat dry with paper towels
  3. Stir in tomatoes & next 4 incgedients - simmer 30 min.; set meat sauce aside
  4. Cook past to directions, omitting salt & oil. Drain.
  5. Place pasta in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray
  6. Stir together sour cream, softened cream cheese & chopped green onions - spread over linguine
  7. Top with meat sauce.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
  9. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese & bake 5 more min. till melted
  10. Let stand 5 min.
