Delicious Dressing

  1. Mix the corn bread, biscuits, toasted loaf bread, salt, pepper, sage, eggs and onion in a large bowl; refrigerate overnight.
  2. Boil the turkey neck, gizzard, liver and heart together; add some of this broth to the dressing when ready to cook.
  3. Also add mayonnaise, milk, turkey drippings and, if mixture needs to be more moist, add a little water.
  4. Pour into a large baking pan; dot with margarine.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 450u0b0.
  6. Dressing is done when a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
