Napa Cabbage Salad

  1. Make Dressing:
  2. Boil 1 minute. Cool.
  3. Can be refrigerated.
  4. Bring to room temperature before use.
  5. Make Salad Crunchies:
  6. Brown almonds in peanut oil. Add garlic and sesame seeds and noodles.
  7. Sautee 1 minute.
  8. Can be stored in airtight container.
  9. Toss cabbage and scallions. Add crunchies, then dressing.
