Chicken And Dressing Casserole

  1. Boil the 1 Pound of Chicken until no longer pink.
  2. Drain and cut the 1 Pound of Chicken into cubes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Melt the 3/4 Stick of Butter and combine with the 1 Package of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix.
  5. Grease the bottom of a casserole dish.
  6. Spread 3/4 of the stuffing mix in the bottom of the casserole dish.
  7. Lay the cubed chicken over the stuffing mix.
  8. Mix the 1 Cup of Sour Cream, 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup, and 1/2 of the Chicken Broth.
  9. Spoon the mixture over the chicken and stuffing.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix over the all.
  11. Pour the remaining Chicken Broth over all.
  12. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
