Sweet And Sour Chicken

  1. Whisk 1/2 of pineapple juice from canned pineapple with shoyu, tomato paste, vinegar, honey, sriracha, arrowroot and ginger.
  2. In a large wok, heat oil. Add chicken and pepper and cook 3-4 min.
  3. Add garlic, peppers and onions and cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Add pineapple and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
  6. Serve over rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
