Festive Tostada Bake

• 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
• 1/2 c. diced green pepper
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1/2 c. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp. oregano
• 1 c. dairy sour cream
• 1 can (15 3/4 oz.) chili hot beans
• 1 c. slightly crushed corn chips
• 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

1. Brown beef with green pepper and onion.
2. Drain well.
3. Add green olives and seasonings.
4. Place in shallow ovenproof casserole.
5. Spoon sour cream over meat, then pour beans evenly over sour cream.
6. Sprinkle corn chips then cheese over beans. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven about 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
7. Serve plain or over shredded lettuce or hot rice.
