Festive Tostada Bake
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 can (15 3/4 oz.) chili hot beans
- 1 c. slightly crushed corn chips
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- Brown beef with green pepper and onion.
- Drain well.
- Add green olives and seasonings.
- Place in shallow ovenproof casserole.
- Spoon sour cream over meat, then pour beans evenly over sour cream.
- Sprinkle corn chips then cheese over beans. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven about 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve plain or over shredded lettuce or hot rice.
