Honey-Glazed Ham W/ Fresh Pineapple Chutney
- 3 T. honey
- 3 T. orange juice
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1 pre-packaged and pre-cooked and sliced 7 lb. ham
- 1 fresh pineapple cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2/3 cup non-alcoholic apple cider brandy
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0 F. In a small bowl, blend honey, orange juice and cloves. Place ham in a foil-lined pan, roast for 30 minutes and brush w/ half the glaze. Continue roasting, brushing halfway through w/ remaining glaze, until 140u0b0 - about 20 more minutes.
- For chutney: combine pineapple, cider, onion, cinnamon and pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat for 10-20 minutes and stir frequently until pineapple is tender. Discard cinnamon stick and serve chutney warm with ham. Refrigerate any leftovers.
