Grilled Fish

  1. Combine olive oil, onion, cheese, basil, mustard, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper in blender.
  2. Process 30 seconds.
  3. Add vinegar and lemon juice; process additional 30 seconds.
  4. Place fish in a grilling basket; grill over hot coals 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily, basting frequently with prepared sauce.
  5. Remove fish to warm serving platter; garnish with lemon slices and serve with remaining sauce.
  6. Serves 6.
