B.B.Q. Mini Meat Loaves

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat egg in bowl.
  3. Mix in beef, pork, 2/3 C. barbecue sauce, crumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, and salt.
  4. Shape scant 3/4 C. mixture into 4 x 2 x 1 inch loaf, for total of 6. Place on jelly-roll pan.
  5. Top each loaf with about 2 Tbsp. of remaining barbecue sauce.
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes.
  7. Let stand on pan 10 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately or cool completely; refrigerate and serve cold.
