Pork Chop And Scalloped Potato Casserole

  1. Brown chops in oil in a large skillet, about 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove to plate.
  3. Add onion rings to skillet; saute until tender, about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; reserve.
  5. Melt butter in a medium-size saucepan.
  6. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook 1 minute.
  7. Add milk and broth slowly.
  8. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
  9. Remove from heat.
