Patton Salle

  1. Mix Flour with Hot butter in a pie crust way.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and form a dough on the wet side.
  3. Leave for 1/2 and hour.
  4. Flatten on a flat surface and cut in a round shapes using a glass cup.
  5. Shape the Fig as sausages and fill in the dough and fold in to seal.
  6. Egg Wash, place on a cookiee sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350.
  7. Note: if dates are hard, add some hot water and heat up.
  8. Patton salle is the same receipe but you will add 1/2 cup olive oil, an
  9. additional tea spoon salt, and cummin.
