Herb Focaccia
- 3T. xvoo
- 1c. Diced Onion sauteed
- 2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
- 1t. Fresh Thyme minced
- 2t. Fresh Rosemary diced
- 1.5 c. Luke warm water
- 1c. Luke Warm Milk
- 1T. Salt
- 2t sugar
- 1/4oz dry active yeast
- 6.5 c, Bread Flour
- Saute, onion in olive oil then garlic, reduce heat and herbs and cracked black pepper,let cool add to mixing bowl ad milk, water, sugar and yeast let dissolve, stir in the flour, knead 5 minutes,oil bowl cover and let rise till double about 2 hours, punch down dough and let rise again, brush olive oil on sheet and sprinkle with corn meal, gently stretch out and let rest for 45 minutes, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 450 10-15 minutes
