Green Beans And Meat

  1. cut the green beans into 3-4 cm long
  2. cut the pork or beef into slice or block (I think slice is better)
  3. chop some garlic, baby onion and ginger
  4. biol some water and ut the green beans in it for maybe 1 min until the color changed
  5. add oil to a pot and heat it. put some anise and chili and heat it.
  6. add pork or beef and keep stirring
  7. put chopped garlic, baby onion and ginger
  8. put soy sauce and maybe a little cooking wine. (if you use beef, probably you can put some sugar too)
  9. add green beans and stir.
  10. add some hot water and put the lid on the pot and use low-medium heat.
  11. add salt at some point.
  12. try it. when you think it's almost ready, take the lid away and turn up the stove and let most of the soup gone. then it's ready!
