Bacon Cheeseburger Roll

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef, bacon and onions in a large skillet on medium high heat until ground beef is cooked through. Drain, and return to skillet. Add velveeta and shredded cheddar, heat until melted. Stir in pickles.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on a cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into a 15x8 inch rectangle. Spread meat mixture down the center lengthwise, and fold both outside edges into the center, pressing the seams together on top and ends to seal.
  3. Bake 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve!
