Bacon Cheeseburger Roll
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 3 pickle spears, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 pound velveeta, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1- 13.8 ounce refrigerated pizza crust
- ketchup and mustard for serving
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef, bacon and onions in a large skillet on medium high heat until ground beef is cooked through. Drain, and return to skillet. Add velveeta and shredded cheddar, heat until melted. Stir in pickles.
- Unroll the pizza dough on a cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into a 15x8 inch rectangle. Spread meat mixture down the center lengthwise, and fold both outside edges into the center, pressing the seams together on top and ends to seal.
- Bake 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve!
