Sams Run-Out Shrimp

  1. sautee onions in (i cvant believe its butter and olive oil untill transparent in large skillet.add 1/2 can of chicken broth ,garlic,cilantro,tabasco,to onions cover and simmer for 2 minutes.stir in chopped tomatoes cover and simmer for 5 more minutes.nuke broccoli for 2 minutes. cut shrimp into bit size pieces .add broccoli,shrimp,mushrooms and parmesan cheese to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 more minutes.serve over or with your favorite rice .
