Pasta With Shrimps And Herbs
- 1/4 kilo pasta
- 1/2 kilo shrimps (without shells)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 beef boullion
- 2 large onions (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 large fresh tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup chives or 2 tbsp green onion leaves
- 1/2 tsp crushed chilies (optional)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1.)teat pan and put olive oil. Saute garlic for 30 seconds, add onions and cook until translucent then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- 2.)tdd the shrimps and cook until shrimps turn pink.
- 3.)tdd basil, parsley, chives, and crushed chilies. Mix well then put salt and pepper to taste.
- 4.)tn a pan, put six cups of water and let it boil. Once boiling, put the pasta and cook to your desired tenderness. Remove pasta from the water. Put pasta on the plate and add sauce on top.
- 5.)terve with garlic bread or mix vegetable salad.
