Marshmallow Krispie Chocolate Bars (Buckeye Bombs)
- 1 pkg Fudge Brownie Mix, Family Size
- 1 pkg (10 1/2 ounces) miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispie's cereal
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Grease (Pam) the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 3. Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions.
- 3. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows on hot brownies. Return to oven and cook for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes longer. Remove from oven.
- 4. In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until chips are melted. Add rice cereal and mix well. Pour and spread the chocolate mixture over marshmallow layer.
- 5. Refrigerate until chilled. Cut into bars. Serve at room temp.
