Raw Salmon, Crab, And Beets
- 3 Sushi Quality Salmon Slabs
- 1 lbs of shredded raw crab (not imitation!)
- 1 red beet
- 1 yellow beet
- handfull of alphalfa sprouts
- 1 cup of sweet glaze sauce (sweet BBQ, honey, etc)
- 6 plates or one large plate
- Set glaze or sauce out in room temerature.
- Keeping the ends of the slab of salmon connected, slice a gap in the side, making sure it goes the whole length except the edges. Stuff one sixth of the crab into the gap, along with sprouts. Repeat for both other slabs.
- Slice all beets into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick. Set aside in refrigerator to chill.
- Take the glaze or sauce and microwave for 30 seconds, then take out and drizzle evenly on all three slabs, in a zig zag pattern. It is important that you do no drown the salmon in sauce.
- Take out beets, lay on top of salmon in a pretty pattern. Serve immediately.
